Update .gitlab-ci.yml file to use https for Github(The unauthenticated git protocol on port 9418 is no longer supported) Also replaces GLUON_BRANCH with GLUON_AUTOUPDATER_BRANCH and GLUON_AUTOUPDATER_ENABLED=1
